Quality Head - Transmission Tower

Job Description:

- Responsible for overall manufacturing quality of, Transmission poles, Distribution poles, High mast, Telecommunication tower.

- Detail review and study of contract technical specification , preparation of inspection test plan, ensure manufacturing and inspection as per ITP.

- Plant certifications, WPS approvals, Welder qualification by different standards i.e Canadian welding Bureau, AWS & EN.

- Coordination and inspection with clients/TPI agencies like BV,TUV, SGS ,TATA Projects, PGCIL, Sterlite, State boards etc. for raw material as well as Finish good inspection to achieve monthly billing targets.

- Preparation and maintaining Quality of Galvanizing process solution i. e Degreasing, Acid, Flux, Zinc Bath, and Passivation solution as per company standard.

- Working closely with cross functional team like engineering, purchase, planning, production for proto inspection, raw material inspection, supplier inspection and new products developments.

- Capturing rework and rejection during in process inspection and purchase products. Controlling the same to reduce rejection and rework.

- Inspection of hardware material required for High mast, Transmission pole, distribution poles, and Telecommunication tower.

- Conducting supplier visit for supplier evaluation /audit/inspection and its performance analysis.

- Development of PPAP ,RCA Analysis,7QC Tolls, Process capability,SPC,8D analysis

- Planning and organizing activities like Calibration from NABL Lab, maintaining all process instruments & machines are calibrated and updated
