Quality Head - EV Manufacturing

Description: We are partnering with a leading EV manufacturing hub, part of one of Indias most iconic mobility brands, focused on electric 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, and components for domestic and international markets.

This state-of-the-art facility is known for its precision engineering, green manufacturing, and export-ready products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the entire Quality function across manufacturing, supplier, and customer quality

- Ensure world-class quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO) for vehicles and components

- Drive process improvements, audits, and zero-defect culture across the plant

- Mentor and manage the quality team, and coordinate with cross-functional teams

- Handle supplier quality, compliance, and customer feedback analysis

Requirements:

- 13+ years of experience in automotive / EV quality management, with leadership exposure

- Strong expertise in vehicle and engine quality, testing, audits, and process improvement

- Proven track record in supplier and customer quality management
