Quality Head

We are hiring for the position of Plant Quality Head at Bhiwadi.

We are looking for dynamic professionals with strong experience in managing entire plant quality functions and sound technical exposure in the following areas:

EV Charger, ECU, VCU, MCU components

SMT (PCB assembly) processes

Kindly check the detailed job description below :

1. Quality Strategy & QMS Ownership:

- Define and deploy a cohesive quality strategy in line with organizational goals.

- Develop, implement, and maintain a QMS dashboarding performance against KPIs: FPY, DPMO, COPQ

- Ensure compliance with certifications and standards: ISO 9001/14001/45001, IATF 16949, BIS, RoHS, CE, FCC

2. Leadership & Team Development:

- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams of quality engineers and auditors.

- Promote a proactive quality culture via training, SOPs, and behavior-based engagement .

3. Supplier & Manufacturing Quality:

- Execute IQC/PQC/OQC across electronics, injection molding, and automotive assembly lines

- Conduct supplier audits, manage quality compliance, and drive CAPA for non-conformances

4. Project Quality & APQP Involvement:

- Lead APQP/PPAP processes for NPI with cross-functional teams, ensuring design and process quality .

5. Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving:

- Use lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, SPC, 8D, FMEA, CP/Cpk tools for defect reduction and manufacturing optimization

6. Customer Quality & Field Feedback:

- Investigate warranty claims and field failures; lead root-cause analysis and implement CAPA solutions

- Regularly report quality metrics, trends, and improvement actions to senior leadership

7. Audits & Compliance:

- Plan and execute internal, supplier, and regulatory audits, including ISO/IATF recertification activities .

- Maintain up-to-date quality documentation, procedures, and records.

8. Technical Competencies:

- Deep understanding of electronics & automotive systems: PCB/PCBA, ECUs, sensors, high-voltage systems
