Quality Control Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain QC policies and systems

- Lead quality audits and inspections across production processes

- Analyze quality data and initiate corrective actions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product standards

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field

- 8+ years of QC experience, preferably in manufacturing or pharmaceuticals

- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
