Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits across multiple manufacturing units to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Implement CTQ (Critical to Quality) parameters into manufacturing processes to enhance product quality.
- Lead RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions) initiatives for audit findings and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain accurate QA documentation and records for audits, inspections, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO 22000, BRC, and other relevant food safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
Required Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within food manufacturing.
- Expertise in FSSAI regulations, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and BRCGS standards.
- Proficient in SAP/QMS for quality and process management.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and their application in manufacturing.
