Job Title: Quality Analyst

Location: Shivajinagar (EH), Bangalore

Work Schedule: 6 days a week (1 day rotational off)

Joining: Immediate

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BPO quality analysis, preferably within the e-commerce domain, and a strong understanding of fraud and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality analysis for BPO operations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

- Monitor and evaluate e-commerce processes, including fraud detection and risk management.

- Explain potential fraud scenarios and methods of validation.

- Apply 7 QC tools and other BPO quality analysis techniques.

- Prepare detailed reports and analytics to support process improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate or post graduate from any recognized university.

- 4+ years of overall work experience, with a minimum of 1 year in QA handling BPO quality.

- Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of BPO quality processes and analytics.

- Excellent reporting and analytical skills.

- Fluent in English and Hindi.

- Work from office (Shivajinagar, Bangalore).

- Experience in 6-day workweek environments preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

- Knowledge of e-commerce processes.

- Understanding of fraud and risk management techniques.

- Ability to explain how fraud occurs and methods of validation.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
