Job Summary Create new opportunities in existing accounts and qualified prospects

Own e2e presales process

Key Responsibilities: Key Result Areas: Pipeline Generation, Win ratio, Growth


- Support sales teams to achieve their sales targets

- Engage with key customer stakeholders and identify key pain points through his techno-functional knowledge in QA and finance domain

- Work with sales and account teams to provide solutions to clients and prospects

- Work with clients to create new opportunities and develop pipeline

- Consult customers to create roadmap for quality engineering and assurance.

- Position our offerings and value propositions to meet customer pain points / requirements - stated unstated needs

- Build packaged offerings and pricing models for our solutions

- Publish whitepapers, case studies, marketing content, collaborate with customers to document value delivered

- Liaison between sales, marketing, and delivery teams to generate USPs, solutions, value propositions

- Work on large deals, proposals, SOWs, working with delivery, tech and sales teams

- Knowledge transfer to delivery team for project execution

- Coach and mentor on pre-sales activities to internal aspirants from delivery and sales teams

- Stay updated on QA innovations in QA industry and guide delivery and leadership teams on them

Skillset & Experience:



Required:


- Knowledge of a variety of domains, having crafted industry specific software testing solutions for 3-5 years

- Experience of working in mid to large size IT services or product firms in India and globally (preferable)

- Experience of working as pre-sales on large deals / RFPs of size USD1-10M or above - Solutioning, Packaging, Pricing, Deal closures

- Experience in test consulting project of 50+ client organization size and proven value delivered

- Deep understanding of latest tools, trends, processes, test automation, AI-driven testing, latest industry trends

- Expert in test process design and implementation such as Agile, Scrum

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Proficient in MS office - Excel, powerpoint and word

- Expert in solutioning, packaging, making proposals and pricing

- Excellent in writing case studies, blogs, whitepapers

- Ability to talk to CXO level internal and client stakeholders

Soft Skills: Problem solver, strong business acumen, ability to connect business with technology, understanding of sales process, attention to details, and result oriented, highly innovative

Qualification: BE/B,Tech + MBA

- Experience in Finance, Healthcare, OTT, Payments, Enterprise Systems domains

- Experience in QA consulting
