Job Title: Creator Partnerships Manager
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Talent Manager to scout, manage, and grow a portfolio of high-potential creators.
This role involves talent development, brand partnerships, deal negotiations, and strategic planning within the creator economy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, scout, and onboard emerging and established creators across social and digital platforms.
- Manage long-term relationships with assigned talent, providing career guidance, performance feedback, and growth planning.
- Negotiate and close brand collaborations, endorsements, media opportunities, and platform partnerships.
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and revenue; create customized growth and monetization strategies.
- Coordinate content production, campaigns, events, and brand deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and platform partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and creator economy developments.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, artist management, or creator partnerships.
- Proven experience in securing brand deals and managing creator portfolios.
- Strong network across brands, agencies, or digital platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working with performance data and tools such as CRMs, analytics platforms, and social media insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexible working hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the Indian creator economy, digital media, or OTT ecosystem.
- Prior experience managing mid-to-large creator portfolios.
