
Role Summary:
We are hiring a seasoned professional to lead business development and strategic sales across Central/State Governments and PSUs.
The role demands strong public sector engagement, government liaisoning, tender/RFP handling, and revenue growth ownership.
Experience in positioning cybersecurity or emerging technology solutions in the government ecosystem is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute sales and BD strategies for government/PSU verticals.
- Client Engagement: Build high-level relationships across ministries, PSUs, and nodal agencies.
- Tender Management: Track, manage, and lead responses to tenders, RFPs, and empanelments.
- Revenue Focus: Deliver on sales targets through direct government business and strategic partnerships.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in Government/PSU sales and public procurement (GeM, QCBS, eProcurement).
- Wide network in Central/State government and PSU ecosystem.
- Prior exposure to cybersecurity, quantum security, or related tech domains preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of GFR, procurement rules, and government processes.
