About the Role's Team

At QI Spine, we're on a mission to revolutionize spine care in India - non-surgically, scientifically, and scalable. With 22 state-of-the-art clinics already across the country and a vision to scale to 100 clinics, we're entering our most exciting growth phase yet.

At QI Spine, your mission is to build meaningful partnerships, activate communities, and champion corporate wellness-all with a focus on making quality musculoskeletal care more accessible, visible, and impactful. This is a role for a builder, a connector, and a health evangelist who can blend operational excellence with creative outreach. Your impact will be felt in healthier workplaces, empowered communities, and stronger healthcare ecosystems.

You'll collaborate with clinic teams, product & tech, sales, marketing, finance, legal, and medical leadership to co-create bold, scalable partnership models-blending strategic ecosystem thinking, cross-functional leadership, and creative engagement design to redefine how communities and corporates experience and engage with healthcare.

Your Mission at QI Spine:

Shape Strategic Vision & Governance:

- Translate QI Spine's mission into clear trade, community, and corporate partnership plans, balancing patient-outcome goals with financial sustainability under robust performance dashboards and risk controls.

Drive Offline Channel Marketing:

- Architect and roll out local activation programs-pharmacy promotions, wellness center kiosks, and in-store merchandising-to expand trade networks and boost revenue through direct, on-ground engagement.

Activate Doctor Networks & Community Programs:

- Build and sustain relationships with doctors, RWAs, NGOs, and local groups to deliver health camps, educational workshops, and preventive-care drives that strengthen brand trust at the grassroots level.

Lead Corporate Wellness Partnerships:

- Forge on-site employee health and wellness programs by working closely with HR, Admin, and CSR teams, ensuring high partner satisfaction through SLAs, transparent reporting, and service-delivery alignment.

Optimize Financial & Operational Performance:

- Own P&L for all offline initiatives-allocating budgets based on ROI analyses of field spend vs. traditional media, negotiating volume-based supplier agreements, and enforcing credit controls to safeguard cash flow.

Ensure Rigorous Project Management:

- Oversee multiple programs and events with disciplined planning, clear communication workflows, and stakeholder reporting protocols to deliver every activation on time and within scope.

Cultivate Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Unite sales, marketing, clinical, operations, finance, legal, and tech teams around shared KPIs-patient satisfaction, trade-channel growth, and community engagement-to drive seamless, end-to-end execution.

Govern Doctor & Partner Engagement:

- Negotiate ethical, performance-based contracts with healthcare providers and corporate partners, using data-driven metrics to ensure equitable access and measurable impact.

Champion Talent Development:

- Mentor and develop high-performing teams in offline channel marketing, community outreach, and trade operations through targeted training and leadership programs.

Innovate with Community Insights:

- Leverage market research and field feedback-such as regional disease prevalence data-to tailor offline campaigns and continuously refine strategy for maximum relevance and impact.

What We Need?

- Educational Qualification - MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management / Strategy or equivalent.

- 10-15 of experience years in healthcare, health tech, hospitals, or wellness industry, with 5+ years in senior roles managing partnerships, trade marketing, or community initiatives.

- Proven track record in building and scaling B2B and B2C outreach models.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and multi-stakeholder environments.

- Hands-on experience in planning and executing large-scale events and campaigns.

- Experience using CRM tools, project management systems, and marketing analytics platforms.

- Bonus if you have proven experience in traditional healthcare (hospitals, clinics) and digital health (telehealth, health tech), with a track record of scaling channel programs, community health initiatives, and employee wellness, alongside strong expertise in healthcare marketing, patient acquisition, and partner engagement.

What You Can Expect?

- A rare opportunity to shape the future of non-surgical spine care in India.

- High autonomy and ownership from Day 1 - this is a career opportunity, not just a role.

- A mission-led team that deeply cares about doing the right thing for patients.

- Hustle of a startup with the maturity of a healthcare institution - the best of both worlds.

- A leadership team that values data, transparency, and outcomes over optics.

- Tools, resources, and freedom to build things the right way - once and for all.

What You Bring?

- Proven ability to scale multi-location operations with strong process orientation.

- Empathetic leader who believes in people-first operations.

- Analytical, tech-savvy, and hands-on when it comes to solving real-world operational challenges.

At QI Spine, we're building more than clinics - we are building the future of spine care.

If you're excited to take charge of that future and create a meaningful impact at scale, we'd love to meet you.
