Role Overview
We are looking for a curious, technically grounded Solutions Analyst to support enterprise technology pursuits across Data, Cloud, Platforms, QA, and AI-enabled solutions. This role suits someone early-to-mid in their career who wants to build breadth across technology domains, sharpen their research and storytelling skills, and learn directly from senior pre-sales and delivery leaders.
This is not an RFP processing or bid-management role, and it is not a fallback position for disengaged developers. It requires curiosity, ownership, strong communication skills, and comfort operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Solution & Capability Support
- Assist in developing solution summaries, capability decks, and technical one-pagers
- Help shape use-case-driven content that links technology to business outcomes
- Contribute to and maintain reusable solution kits, reference materials, and playbooks
Technical Research & Analysis
- Build a working understanding of how technologies are applied in real enterprise environments, not just academically
- Flag gaps, risks, or inconsistencies in solution narratives during reviews
Collaboration & Enablement
- Translate inputs and discussions into structured content, visuals, and first drafts
- Support Sales teams with clear, accurate, well-organized artifacts on request
Continuous Learning
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and common architectural patterns
- Actively seek and apply feedback to improve the quality of solution assets
Required Experience & Skills
- 3-6 years of experience in technology, consulting, QA, or solution-adjacent roles
- Working understanding of at least one enterprise technology area (cloud, data, QA/automation, or AI), with willingness to learn others
- Ability to research independently and ask clarifying technical questions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with a structured, organized approach to work
- Comfortable working under guidance while progressively taking on more ownership
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a passive documentation or formatting role
What Success Looks Like
- You progressively take ownership of smaller pursuits with minimal supervision
- You are seen as reliable, curious, and quick to pick up new technical areas
