QA Delivery Manager - Automation & Enterprise Projects

QA Delivery Manager:

We are looking for an experienced QA Delivery Manager to lead multiple enterprise-level projects, drive delivery excellence, and manage large cross-functional teams.

Experience: 12 to 16 Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously with end-to-end delivery ownership.

- Lead and mentor 20+ member teams across multiple projects.

- Drive enterprise-level Automation / Digital Transformation projects.

- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

- Manage project planning, governance, risks, timelines, and delivery metrics.

- Ensure quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across projects.

- Leverage knowledge of test automation / automation frameworks to drive automation initiatives.

Must Have:

- 12 to 16 years of overall IT experience.

- Strong experience in Delivery / Project Management.

- Experience managing 20+ team members.

- Proven experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong exposure to Automation / Enterprise-level projects.

- Excellent client & stakeholder management skills.

- Candidates from IT Services / Service-Based companies preferred.
