Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage day-to-day campaign operations, ensuring best-in-class omnichannel campaign execution.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and digital applications.
- Drive adoption of newer channels like WhatsApp and SMS alongside email for omnichannel journeys.
- Ensure timely delivery of multichannel campaigns and provide guidance and support to other marketing automation managers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps in processes and systems, and optimize workflows for productivity.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, including campaign management and analysis, marketing automation, and platform integrations.
- 6+ years of experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/Ampscript/SQL for SFMC.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to improve processes.
- Experience working on channels like WhatsApp and SMS is mandatory.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with OCE-Marketing and OCE-Sales (IQVIA solution).
- Relevant certifications on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
