
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support QAD Finance functional activities, including configuration, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Work with finance and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective QAD solutions.
- Configure and support Financial Accounting and Cost Accounting modules in manufacturing setups.
- Support multi-site and multi-currency ERP deployments, ensuring compliance with global financial standards.
- Assist in integrations and data flows using QXtend, EDI interfaces, and third-party systems.
- Develop and analyze financial reports using QAD BI, Excel, and SQL-based tools.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis in a global/remote support model.
- Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, upgrades, and system optimizations.
- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Participate in UAT, month-end/year-end close activities, and audit support as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on QAD Finance functional experience (QAD EE or Adaptive ERP preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and cost accounting within manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience working on multi-site, multi-currency ERP implementations.
- Familiarity with QXtend, EDI flows, and QAD reporting tools (QAD BI).
- Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL for reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/global support model.
- Excellent communication, requirement-gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with QAD upgrades or cloud migrations.
- Exposure to compliance and statutory reporting requirements.
- Prior experience in global manufacturing or supply chain-driven organizations.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Relevant ERP/QAD certifications are a plus.
