Job description : Roles and responsibilities : - Support the internal and lateral partner admission process - Work with ops lifecycle management team - Project management - Manage project life cycle activities from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure. - Senior stakeholder management - working in a time bound manner with senior leadership on various. - Work with various stakeholders (various IFS teams, LoS teams, external vendors etc.) to ensure deliverables of various functional and x-functional projects are on track. - MIS reporting and tracking - Consolidate data from various sources and present them in a simplified manner for Leadership consumption. - SOP writing experience - MIS and data analysis to identify trends, deviations and potential improvement opportunities - Support special projects across - especially around transformation and tech enablement Essential skills : - Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach, consulting experience preferred. - Relationship Management: Strong people management skills & excellent interpersonal skills to deal with various internal & external stakeholders. - Ability to learn quickly, multitask and adapt to shifting priorities and stringent deadlines. - Ability to establish personal credibility quickly and work with multiple stakeholders including senior leaders. - Ability to conceptualize & execute with speed. - Strong data crunching and analytical skills with proficiency in excel, G Suite and Power BI. - Strong Executive presence, excellent communication skills (written and verbal). - Self-driven and motivated
