Key Roles and Responsibilities - Understand the strategic nature of the function and work with the Functional Leader to help prioritise key deliverables. - Monitor the overall status of various projects being undertaken by the teams and report by exception to the Functional Leader - Independently manage specific projects across their lifecycle from concept, design options, UAT, implementation including tracking, coordinating and reporting project activities - Represent the Functional Leader in operational discussions with various stakeholders (various IFS teams, LoS teams, external vendors etc.) to ensure deliverables of various functional and x-functional projects are on track - Data Analysis to identify trends, deviations and potential improvement opportunities - MIS reporting and tracking - Consolidate data from various sources and present them in a simplified manner for Leadership consumption - Comfortable in process walk through, mapping and documentation - Help in preparation / finalisation of presentations for the India Leadership Team of PwC Essential skills: - Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach, consulting experience preferred - Relationship Management: Strong people management skills & excellent interpersonal skills to deal with various internal & external stakeholders. - Ability to learn quickly, multitask and adapt to shifting priorities and stringent deadlines - Ability to establish personal credibility quickly and work with multiple stakeholders including senior leaders, Strong Interpersonal and collaborative skills - Ability to Conceptualize & execute with speed - Proficient in MS Excel/ Google Sheets and PowerPoint/ slides, data crunching/analytics - Strong Executive presence, excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Self-driven and motivated
