We're looking for an experienced Fund Accounting / Private Markets professional to join our Managed Services team in Bengaluru as a Manager - Fund Accounting.

This is an opportunity to take a leadership role in overseeing NAV production, fund accounting and financial reporting for US private markets funds, while driving strong risk & control governance and continuous process improvement within an outsourced operating model.

What you'll bring:

- Strong expertise in Private Equity Fund Accounting, NAV oversight & Financial Reporting

- Deep understanding of Private Markets structures, valuations & governance

- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- 8 - 10 years of financial services experience, including 5+ years in fund accounting/reporting oversight

- Degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance; CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent preferred
