The Manager (or AVP) is expected to play a key role in supporting transaction teams from collateral preparation to transaction closure in his/her assigned vertical. He/she is expected to mentor/manage Analyst/Associates in preparation of client pitches, investor marketing collaterals like information memorandum and financial models while interacting and maintaining the relationship with clients at senior management level Requirement :&nbsp; - MBA/ Graduates from Tier 1 colleges only - 4-7 years of work experience in Investment Banking in Indian market - Prior knowledge of consumer sector/transactions in Indian market will be advantage - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks appropriately - A high degree of initiative, motivation, and attention to detail - Expert working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Understanding of finance and accounting principles - Strong team player with an ability to build sector expertise in his/her vertical Work Details : - Managing transaction from start to end with minimal support from Partner - Business Development/ Ideation in the sector - Mentor Associate/ Analyst in the team - Preparation of pitch books, deal books, presentations, research reports - Preparation of information memorandums, financial models, and investor marketing documents - Provide support to Directors/ Partners during a transaction
