As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team you will lead the architecture and delivery of innovative agentic AI solutions for banking and financial services. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, drive business development, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations while mentoring the next generation of leaders. What You Must Have:

- Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Econometrics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Informatics

- 16 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart:

- Experience building enterprise AI platforms preferred

- Knowledge of banking domains such as retail banking preferred

- Experience with LLMOps and evaluation frameworks preferred

- Familiarity with responsible AI and governance frameworks preferred

- Excelling in executive communication and storytelling skills preferred

- Hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks preferred

- Proven experience in banking and financial services preferred

- Understanding of AI governance and operational controls preferred

- Ability to engage across technical and business stakeholders preferred
