Responsibilities:

1. Strong executive presence and communication skills, ability to engage and inspire senior client executives and stakeholders.

2. Lead and drive complex cross-functional teams towards clear, efficient, and accountable decision making and customer value delivery.

3. Drive discovery, research, and analysis to identify business objectives, goals, KPIs to help define use cases around digital marketing.

4. Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.

5. Synthesize client findings into presentations of strategic narratives and conclusions appropriate for all levels of client leadership.

6. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to produce value frameworks and revenue driving insights that positively impact and move a client's business forward.

7. Lead strategy workshops and employ Adobe's digital benchmarking capabilities, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, value readiness and mapping, organizational assessments and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations.

8. Provide strong organizational visions and design - people, process, and technology - to help customers align their teams toward strategy and value. Recommend and lead roadmaps and component programs.

9. Aid building the Digital Performance Strategy practice by chipping in to create methodologies and contribute in cross training and mentoring team members.
