Educational Qualifications: - Post-Graduation: MCA/MSc/M.Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics) - Graduation (Mandatory): BE/BTech (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics) Certifications: Having one or more of the following certifications will be an added advantage: - ITIL - DGSP - CDMP Work Experience: - 3+ years of experience in developing data governance and business support solutions related to information management - Experience in data architecture or solution architecture with strong understanding of data governance, master data management, and data quality concepts - Experience with data quality assessment and reporting - Understanding of data access control management - Understanding of data privacy and regulatory compliances Tools and Techniques: - Experience with data governance tools such as Altan, Collibra, Truedat, Talend, etc - Experience with Excel, Word and Powerpoint Personality Traits (Desired): - Excellent analytical and reasoning skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to communicate with both business stakeholders and technical teams - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities: - Work with key stakeholders to understand the current landscape of data policies and standards in client organization - Work with source system owners to maintain information asset register and help identify / assess sources of data - Design solutions to improve data quality and implement sustainable fixes - Explore and identify opportunities for driving data process efficiency and data quality - Contribute as a data architecture subject matter expert during application planning, design and implementation - Contribute to planning, and continuous improvement delivery, of data integration solutions, through the application of data management best practices - Assist in integration of large and small datasets and work with the team to develop data integration solutions. - Develop and maintain documentation for data solutions reflecting current business rules and definitions - Assist stakeholders in identifying data challenges, support in defining requirements for their projects
