Level: Associate Location: Gurugram Experience: 4-6 years Qualification: Any graduate/post graduation Job Description Roles and Responsibilities - Managing PF and Gratuity of partners - General ledger entries for partner accounts - Maintaining records related to various processes and matters (e.g. medical insurance for partners and executive directors, mandatory health check-up) - Preparation of various partner accounts reconciliations - Drafting partner communications - Handling end to end activities for opening the secondary bank accounts of partners - Coordination on car lease foreclosure with Central finance - Getting the compliance related paperwork completed for various processes of PA Comp & Benefits - Coordination / follow up with partners and ED as per requirement - Coordination with the other members of the Partner Affairs team on internal matters - Handling ad hoc administrative work for PA Comp & Benefits - Coordinating with Partners for their signatures on confidential documents - Coordination with internal departments and teams on various matters (HC, Finance, Business Services etc.), foster and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, - Business expectations are managed along with Accuracy, Timelines for deliveries for all processes related to PA Comp & Benefits Essential Skills - Demonstrating proactive and robust thought process - Meticulous, committed attitude and an eye for detail - Team player and good interpersonal skills - High degree of sensitivity for confidentiality - Proficiency in MS Office, in particular MS Excel - Good prioritizing, time management, organizational and problem solving skills - Good verbal and written communication skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance a fluctuating workload - Flexible, able to change direction quickly - High levels of energy and enthusiasm, self-initiate and self-motivate - Results driven and goal oriented Required Experience - Mandatory skill sets- Payroll, accounting - Year of experience required 4-6 Years
