We are looking for a candidate to join our Consumer Investment Banking (M&A / PE) Team in Mumbai Educational Qualifications : Masters from a Tier 1 Institute and / or CA Relevant Work Experience : 1-2 years - Sound concepts in corporate finance along with prior experience in preparing financial models and conducting financial statement analysis - Good presentation and communication skills - Expertise in standard MS tools such as Excel, PPT, Word. Working knowledge of tools such as CapIQ, Bloomberg, etc an added advantage - Good quantitative aptitude and research (comfortable with numbers / large data sets) Work Profile : - Candidate will be a key member of the investment banking team and would be involved in private equity and mergers & acquisitions transactions - Developing financial models of international standards - Business Valuations and Investment Thesis - Research and analysis: Prepare pitches, investment memorandums, research reports - Excellent front end exposure to participate in the entire M&A or PE deal cycle from pitching, to preparing financial models, business plans, IM, term sheet and transaction documentation Other skills : - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work in a team - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Quick learner - Ability to work in multicultural environments and multidisciplinary teams - High degree of rigor and attention to detail
