Position Title : Manager HR Posting Location: Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore (flexible) Job brief : - We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Generalist to implement variety of human resource programs. The person would be contributing to HR Function on important HR agenda such as Staffing, Employee benefits, Training and development, Labour Compliance, HR Audits, Employee Relations, HRIS tool/ reports etc. Our aim is to ensure that HR function operates smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole. - This is a HR Generalist role for entire south region including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Tamil Nadu and Kerala State based out of Hyderabad or Bangalore. Team handling management would also be part of this role. the incumbent would be reporting to General Manager HR. Responsibilities : - Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes (HR Cost Optimization) at Regional and Cinema site locations for existing and upcoming Cinema property locations in south region. - Drive employee on-boarding and orientation along other planned training programs for Regional and Cinema resources. - Champion employee engagement, Performance management, Talent management, Personal development plan and Career architect for employees etc. - Proven experience in managing labour related matters/litigations, Employee relations and disciplinary proceedings. - Sound understanding of HR Operations and implementation in terms of attendance, leave management through biometric, payroll and exit process, Insurance, HRIS and Personnel files etc. - Promote HR policies and processes to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. - Exceptional with HR data analytics/reports and thorough understand of P&L and HR budget and cost factors. Requirements : - Proven experience as HR Generalist - Excellent communication & inter-personnel skills and management of business leaders and teams. - Proven Team handling and management skills. The incumbent would be managing team based out of Hyderabad, Bangalore and Tamil Nadu. - Sound knowledge of employment/labour laws and practices/letter draft/Disciplinary proceedings/handling of legal proceedings etc. - Outstanding knowledge of MS Office especially in MS Excel/reports; HRIS systems (Kronos/ biometric system) will be a plus - Aptitude in problem-solving, time management, vendor management etc. - Multilingual skills would be an advantage but not the limitation to hiring to right candidate. - Travelling as per the business need is desired across the region. - Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach. Experience : - 8 - 10 years of experience without any service break and exposure of working in multi-sector organisation of repute at varied geography & HR roles would be an advantage. - MBA - HR/MPM full time or relevant field Industry Preference : Cinema, Retail, Hospitality, Aviation, QSR, Entertainment, Telecom, other service industry.
