Company : www.purplle.com (Manash Lifestyle Pvt Ltd) Role : Senior Manager Inventory Location : Head Office, Ghatkopar (W), Mumbai Overview of the Job - - In charge of managing (balancing) inventory across all warehouses/depots/hubs - Network Planning and Optimization, Demand-Supply Planning, Inventory Planning - Owning last mile logistics costs due to inventory replication across warehouses, i.e., optimizing shipments (to end customer) related costs etc. - To help and analyse overall supply chain related improvements - Troubleshoot day to day supply challenges and positive solution attitude - Lead/groom a team to achieve individual and team metrics - Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory - Perform daily/weekly analysis to find out potential inventory problems - Coordinate among various internal and external stakeholders like Category team, Front/Back-end tech team, Finance, WH 7 Logistics team etc. Requirements - - Graduate from a premier institute with min 2+ years of work experience, preferably in FMCG/E-commerce/Retail sectors with supply chain management and operations - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals - Knowledge in Supply Chain Planning specially in Inventory, Demand & Supply planning, Network planning & Optimization - Excellent record keeping, analytical and numerical skills - Strong work ethic, highly motivated self-starter - Experience of setting up processes from scratch - Effective leadership style with ability to influence key stakeholders both internal and external - Should have know-how about different backend systems in Inventory, Warehouse (such as WMS, Order Management System) and Logistics
