Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control manufacturing cost.

- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

- Design Product and process costing in ERP.

- Establish and manage financial policies, procedures, and controls for the factory.

- Overseeing Inventory Levels, Stock Valuation, and variances.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements.

- Ensure Vendor Management, Local Payments and receivable.

- Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to align financial objectives.

- Lead audits and liaise with external auditors, Internal Auditors and regulatory bodies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

- 5 to 10 years of experience in finance in a manufacturing setup.

- Strong understanding of cost accounting, financial modelling, and compliance.

- Proficiency in ERP software and MS Excel.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
