Were Hiring: Senior Business Manager - Influencer Marketing
Location: Mumbai | Experience: 6-10 Years | Function: Strategy & New Business
Puretech Digital - A Genesis Company is building the next phase of its Influencer Marketing engine and were looking for a strategic hustler to lead the charge.
This is not an execution role.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact position where youll work directly with the Vice President to drive business growth and pre-sales by converting briefs into wins and proactively building your own lead pipeline.

What Youll Do:
New Business Conversion:
- Recommend platform mix, content formats, influencer categories, and budget splits
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft pitch decks, mocks, and media plans
- Co-own pitch presentations with leadership from ideation to client narration
- Post-conversion, hand over to the operations team with clear documentation
Proactive Business Development:
- Collaborate with SEO, Social, Paid Media teams to upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Build a strong network with brands, agencies, platforms, and creators
- Drive outbound pitches, creds decks, cold outreach, and case study sharing
- Maintain a business tracker and conversion funnel with clear targets
What Were Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- Strong knowledge of the creator economy, digital platforms, and brand funnels (TOFU BOFU)
- Excellent at storytelling, proposal writing, pitching, and relationship building
- Comfortable working with structured briefs and open-ended conversations
- Financially savvy able to handle budgeting, forecasting, and ROI mapping
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior agency experience in New Business/ Brand Solutions/ Growth teams
- Familiarity with tools like Qoruz, Culture X, or similar
- Ability to draft sample scripts/hooks for influencer campaigns
Soft Skills:
- Self-starter with a solution-first approach
- Thrives in a non-hierarchical, high-trust environment
- Strong communication & presentation skills
