Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Media Planner to design, execute, and optimize integrated media plans that deliver measurable results.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across digital and traditional platforms, deep analytical skills, and the ability to align media strategies with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement media strategies across digital, print, OOH, and broadcast channels.
- Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform media plans.
- Build media plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with campaign objectives.
- Negotiate with media vendors/agencies to secure cost-effective placements.
- Monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance against KPIs.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and client-servicing teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Stay updated with new media trends, tools, and technologies.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of media platforms (digital & traditional).
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, Nielsen, Comscore, etc.
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-driven campaigns.
- Strong communication & presentation skills
