Role Overview
The Client Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless delivery, driving strategic engagement, and enabling cross-functional collaboration. The role focuses on understanding client business objectives, guiding internal teams, maximizing performance outcomes, and creating opportunities for growth through upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and relationship building.
- Understand client business goals, challenges, and competitive landscape to provide proactive strategic recommendations.
- Conduct periodic reviews, check-ins, and escalation management to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Gather and translate client needs and priorities into clear deliverables for internal delivery teams.
- Educate clients on digital marketing trends, best practices, and new opportunities to strengthen their digital presence.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through data-driven insights and strategic advisory.
- Facilitate collaboration across internal teams such as Paid Media, Organic Growth, Analytics, Social Media, ORM, CRO, Marketing Automation, and Influencer Marketing.
- Lead cross-functional sync meetings to ensure alignment on strategies, goals, and timelines.
- Work with clients to define marketing objectives and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare comprehensive marketing and campaign plans.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to recommend optimizations.
- Define KPIs aligned with client objectives and track performance against them.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports showcasing KPIs, ROI, insights, and improvement areas.
Skillsets Required:
- Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (Paid Media, SEO, Analytics, Social Media, CRO, Marketing Automation).
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies.
