Purpose - Why does it exist? To lead the growth of key ecommerce channel for brands Plum, Plum BodyLovin' Key Performance Indicators: 1. Profitable sales growth in Amazon as a channel 2. Strong brand recall, visibility & share of voice at the channels 3. Category width, new launch performance and other category-specific objectives Key Responsibilities: - P&L - Create & deliver ambitious growth plans on Amazon.- - Managing and driving results on channel marketing, visibility and consumer promotion budgets, in order to maintain channel profitability. Visibility metrics: - Maintain cataloguing and fill levels to ensure brand is well represented across all categories - Drive content innovation to improve organic reach - Participate in key marketplace events and ensure brand visibility in key properties - Ensure replication across multiple warehouse locations - Ensure coordinated supply chain functioning to maximise stock availability - Stakeholder Management - Work closely with the marketplace teams, internal brand & category teams, supply chain teams and other stakeholders in the value chain on all aspects related to brand growth and sales People Management - Create a supportive and collaborative environment in which team members are coached, trained and provided with opportunities through development Experience & Qualification: Mandatory: 1. MBA from Tier 1, with minimum 5 years' experience in Amazon account handling roles with P&L responsibility 2. Prior ecommerce marketplace management experience is a must 3. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work in high-pressure situations. 4. A passion for numbers 5. Top notch problem-solving skills 6. Excellent planning skills, analytical ability and lateral thinking ability 7. Great at managing relationships, leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders Location: Thane, Mumbai (WFO)
