Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in Life Asia to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in the insurance domain. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Life Asia.

- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements within the Life Asia framework.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide the development team.

- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.

- Support the testing process by developing test cases and ensuring that solutions meet business needs.

- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong Business Analysis skills with a focus on Life Asia.

- Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8- 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on Life Asia.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
