Description:
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead domestic and international procurement operations.
The ideal candidate must have strong China vendor management experience and industry exposure to Architectural Hardware & Building Materials.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement (domestic & international sourcing).
- Handle China vendors: negotiation, pricing, lead time & quality control.
- Manage import processes including documentation & shipment coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Ensure cost optimization and timely material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock shortages.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse & finance teams.
- Prepare MIS reports and purchase planning.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in China vendor management (Mandatory).
- Industry exposure: Architectural Hardware / Building Materials.
- Strong negotiation & vendor development skills.
- Knowledge of import documentation & ERP systems.
- Excellent communication & analytical abilities.
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (Commerce / Business preferred).
