Purchase Manager - Manufacturing Firm

- We are looking for a skilled Purchase Manager to manage both direct and indirect procurement activities. The role involves vendor development, cost optimization, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end procurement for both direct (raw materials) and indirect (services, consumables) categories.

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for best terms.

- Ensure timely material availability to support production and operations.

- Monitor purchase budgets, contracts, and supplier performance.

- Develop cost reduction and efficiency improvement strategies.

Requirements:

- 3-8 years of experience in purchase/procurement within manufacturing or engineering setups.

- Hands-on experience in both direct and indirect sourcing.

- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain documentation.
