Purchase Manager - D2C

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage procurement planning and inventory control based on sales forecasts, demand planning, and business requirements to ensure optimal stock levels.

- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure timely procurement of quality materials.

- Oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring smooth procurement, warehousing, and distribution processes.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, industry regulations, and vendor audit requirements while maintaining procurement best practices.

- Monitor procurement budgets, optimize sourcing costs, and implement strategies to improve profitability without compromising quality.

- Manage purchase orders, inventory reconciliation, vendor payments, and identify potential supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the BPC (Beauty, Personal Care) or Nutraceutical industry.

- Experience in inventory control.

- Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards for wellness and personal care products.

- Ability to analyze market trends and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies.

- Good communication skills and the ability to travel for work.
