Role Overview: - (Relevant Experience in Construction or Real Estate is preferable)

The Manager Fund Raising role is pivotal in securing the financial resources necessary to fuel Puranik Builders' ambitious growth plans. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and executing various fundraising strategies, including debt financing, equity investments. The Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, including finance, legal, and project management, as well as external stakeholders such as banks, financial institutions, and investors. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial viability and success of Puranik Builders' projects, contributing directly to the company's overall growth and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with the company's business objectives to secure necessary capital for real estate projects.

- Identify and evaluate potential funding sources, including banks, financial institutions, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals, to diversify the company's funding portfolio.

- Conduct thorough financial modeling and analysis to assess the feasibility and profitability of real estate projects for presentation to potential investors.

- Prepare compelling investment proposals, presentations, and due diligence materials to attract and secure funding from various sources.

- Manage the entire fundraising process, from initial contact and negotiation to deal closure and documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the financial community to expand the company's network and access to capital.

- Conduct rigorous due diligence on potential investment opportunities to mitigate risks and ensure alignment with the company's investment criteria.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new funding opportunities and adapt fundraising strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of fundraising initiatives.

Required Skillset: (Relevant Experience in Construction or Real Estate is preferable)

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful fundraising strategies in the real estate or construction industry.

- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, with the ability to assess the feasibility and profitability of real estate projects.

- Excellent understanding of financial planning principles and investment strategies.

- Proven business development and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

- Experience in conducting due diligence and risk assessment for investment opportunities.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and persuasively.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification preferred.

- Adaptable to work in a dynamic environment, potentially involving travel across multiple locations in India.
