Position Name: Head Planning

Total Experience: 15+ Years

Qualification: BE Civil / B. Tech with NICMAR (Preferred)

Role Description: Planning, monitoring & controlling of projects

Responsibilities:

- Project Plan: Analyse schedules, identify critical resources, monitor plans.

- Cash Flow Management: Guide cash flow distribution and periodic monitoring.

- Progress Reports: Analyse weekly reports and review fortnightly presentations.

- MIS: Present monthly MIS to directors and discuss key issues.

- RERA: Quarterly updates and new project registrations.

- Construction Strategy: Identify strategies for timely project completion.

- Risk Management: Advise on probable project risks.

- Business Plan: Prepare and monitor business plans.

- New Techniques: EVA analysis, NPV, IRR and capital budgeting.

- Project Coordination: Site visits and stakeholder coordination.
