Role Overview:
The AGM/GM Channel Sales role at Puranik Builders Ltd is a leadership position responsible for developing and executing the channel sales strategy to maximize revenue generation through our channel partners. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, driving sales performance, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall sales objectives. The incumbent will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and project teams to ensure effective channel partner engagement and achieve targeted sales goals, ultimately contributing to the growth and market share of Puranik Builders Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to expand market reach and achieve sales targets for Puranik Builders Ltd.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to effectively represent and sell our properties.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, acting as the primary point of contact and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Monitor and analyze channel sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop channel-specific marketing programs and campaigns to drive lead generation and sales conversions.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the channel sales network, maintaining ethical and professional standards.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on channel sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful channel sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Proven expertise in channel partner recruitment, onboarding, and management, fostering strong and productive relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Pune and surrounding areas, including understanding of customer preferences and competitive landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
