- Lead the Marketing Department with strategic direction, academic leadership, and operational excellence.
- Design, develop, and continuously upgrade the MBA and PGDM marketing curriculum to align with the evolving corporate landscape.
- Teach and mentor students in core and advanced marketing subjects such as:
- Marketing Management
- Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Brand Management
- Consumer Behavior
- Product & Service Marketing
- Market Research and Data-driven Decision Making
- Ensure students gain applied understanding of marketing and sales profiles including:
- Channel / Area Sales Manager, Business Analyst (SAP), Product Manager, Pre-Sales Consultant, SME Banking Relationship Manager, CRM Analyst, and B2B Sales Manager.
- Integrate modern marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Power BI, Tableau, SEMrush, and CRM systems into the teaching process.
- Promote research excellence by encouraging publications, patents, case studies, and thesis work in reputed journals.
- Collaborate with corporates, agencies, and industry leaders to provide real-world exposure through projects, guest lectures, and corporate tie-ups.
- Supervise faculty and promote innovative teaching methods like simulation-based learning, live projects, and case pedagogy.
- Represent the department in academic councils, institutional committees, and external forums.
