Head IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell)

Description:

Accreditations & Quality Assurance:

- Lead institutional accreditation processes including NAAC, NBA, NIRF, and AACSB from documentation to compliance and submission.

- Ensure adherence to AICTE, UGC, and other statutory body guidelines for continuous quality improvement.

- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to collect, validate, and compile data for Self-Study Reports (SSR), Annual Quality Assurance Reports (AQARs), and other accreditation documentation.

- Monitor and strengthen the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework to improve teaching-learning outcomes.

- Establish quality benchmarks and standard operating procedures for academic and administrative performance.

Institutional Development & Ranking Improvement:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance institutional ranking performance in NIRF and other global ranking frameworks.

- Conduct internal audits, assessments, and review meetings to ensure timely progress toward accreditation and ranking objectives.

- Recommend and execute continuous improvement initiatives based on assessment outcomes and stakeholder feedback.

Academic & Research Excellence:

- Collaborate with Deans, HODs, and faculty to align curriculum and pedagogy with national and global quality standards.

- Promote faculty research, innovation, and publication culture, aligning with institutional goals for academic excellence.

- Organize Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), quality workshops, and training sessions for faculty and staff.

- Facilitate collaborations with industry and academia to enhance research and learning outcomes.

Data Management & Compliance:

- Maintain a centralized IQAC data repository, including statistics, performance indicators, and accreditation evidence.

- Ensure timely submission of all compliance reports to regulatory bodies such as AICTE, UGC, and the affiliating university.

- Utilize data analytics tools to track, evaluate, and report institutional progress across academic and operational domains.

- Coordinate with external agencies and auditors during quality and accreditation reviews.
