Academic Delivery & Curriculum Development
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging lectures and modules in core and advanced marketing subjects for MBA/PGDM students.
- Integrate modern marketing topics such as Digital Marketing, Brand Analytics, Customer Experience, E-Commerce, Marketing Automation, and Global Marketing Strategies.
- Develop and update course curriculum and learning resources in line with emerging industry trends and global academic standards.
- Foster an interactive, case-based, and experiential learning environment in the classroom.
- Prepare session plans, teaching materials, and assessment frameworks aligned with institutional academic objectives.
Industry Integration & Research
- Leverage industry experience to bridge theoretical learning with real-world applications.
- Facilitate live projects, industry case studies, and corporate guest sessions in collaboration with leading organizations.
- Guide students on market research, business simulations, and marketing analytics projects.
- Undertake high-quality research, publications, and consultancy assignments in the marketing domain.
- Collaborate with industry professionals to design practice-oriented electives and specialized workshops.
Student Mentoring & Evaluation
- Mentor students on career planning, skill development, and project execution.
- Conduct continuous evaluation through quizzes, assignments, and presentations.
- Supervise dissertations, internships, and capstone projects.
- Provide academic and professional guidance for students aspiring to careers in marketing, brand management, digital media, and consulting.
Institutional Development & Contribution
- Contribute actively to departmental and institutional committees, IQAC initiatives, and accreditation documentation.
- Participate in Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), conferences, and academic events.
- Support the Marketing Department in institutional branding, outreach, and academic partnerships.
- Engage in community and industry interface programs organized by PIBM.
