The Role : - We are looking for an experienced Analytics professional to join our growing E-commerce team as the Head of Analytics. - With this role, you will help guide our team into the future of digital marketing and e-commerce. - You will proactively analyze data from different sources to optimize investment, audience, and content mix ultimately driving ROI. What you'll be doing : - Measure, track and analyze consumer and customer analytics across our e-commerce website, establish a strategy and provide actionable insights that translate into better business decisions - Providing thought leadership, idealization, and lead implementation in customer analytics, shopper analytics, and web analytics - Institutionalize customer analytics in business processes, both strategic and tactical - Lead the development of eCommerce analytics strategy and toolbox for the scope, in close collaboration with the digital marketing team - Create and handle eCommerce measurement, share projections & eCommerce business incrementality for key markets and categories Ideally you will have : - At least 5 years of business experience using analytics to drive business/marketing results in, ideally, multiple information-dense, consumer-facing industries (e.g., retail, consumer goods) - Experience with E-commerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.) - Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, R, Python, and SQL - Ability to think analytically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues and communicate solutions/conclusions clearly and concisely with the appropriate visuals - Ability to influence cross-functional and upper management to impact decision-making; willingness to "have an opinion" backed up by insight and analytics to arrive at the best decisions and outcomes - Thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment Puffy Perks & Benefits : - We challenge the status quo.
