Puerto Rico Pharmaceutical - General Manager - P&L/Operations

Role & responsibilities:

- Assume full responsibility for the company's Profit and Loss (P&L).

- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to expand the business beyond its current annual revenue of approximately US$3.5 million.

- Lead Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Finance, and general business operations.

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, government agencies, healthcare institutions, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

- Establish measurable objectives and performance indicators for business units, product lines, key accounts, and individual sales representatives.

- Evaluate profitability by business unit, product line, customer account, and sales representative.

- Improve inventory planning, operational efficiency, and overall profitability.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including a demonstrated record of managing business operations with direct P&L responsibility.

- Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare products, or FMCG.

- Strong background in operations, sales and marketing, inventory management, and financial performance management.

- Demonstrated experience in institutional business, government tenders, and stakeholder relationship management.

- Experience in the Caribbean market would be an advantage.
