PR Manager
A retained customer of CXO Roles - Indias leading managed workspace provider, is looking for a PR Manager who can shape how the company is seen, understood, and talked about. This role matters because reputation is built quietly over time.
The Role:
You will own public relations and external communication. Your work will ensure the company shows up in the right places, with the right story, and a voice that reflects the business as it really is.
What You Would Do:
- Build and manage relationships with journalists, editors, and media houses
- Drive consistent media coverage across business, real estate, and startup publications
- Shape and maintain the companys external narrative as it scales across markets
- Handle press releases, media briefs, and responses with clarity and restraint
- Manage PR agencies and ensure output matches business priorities
- Support leadership with messaging for announcements, launches, and milestones
- Track coverage, sentiment, and visibility to measure impact
- Step in calmly during sensitive situations and manage communication when needed
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in public relations or communications
- Strong exposure to real estate, commercial property, or managed workspace sectors
- A proven network across business and real estate media in India
- Clear writing skills and sound judgment on what deserves attention
- Experience managing agencies and holding them to outcomes
- Comfort working closely with senior leadership
- A steady professional record built on trust and discretion
