Corporate and Consumer PR:

- Create, manage, and execute the Corporate and Consumer Communications strategy and calendar.

- Supervise overall earned media budgets to ensure optimal utilization.

- Craft communication materials such as press releases, statements, interview excerpts, scripts, and captions as required.

- Oversee PR and social agency relationships, covering content creation, campaign design, asset management, program execution, budgets, timelines, and anticipated results.

- Collaborate with external partners for PR contract negotiations, renewals, budgeting, planning, execution, and performance evaluation.

- Assess communication activities and programs using diverse tools and industry benchmarks.

- Manage annual budgets, quarterly estimates, and monthly expenditures in accordance with business needs.

- Conduct regular news monitoring and report on industry trends, company brands, competitors, and economic forecasts.

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with both new and existing influencers, serving as a primary contact.

- Negotiate external contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness while adhering to procurement guidelines.

- Ensure compliance with financial processes, including the prompt submission of budgets and purchase orders.

- Participate in PR-related and industry events and trips as required.

- Keep abreast of technological advancements in PR, communications, content design, and delivery.

- Prepare financial releases.

- Supervise and enhance influencer initiatives to elevate brand perception for new launches and core products through earned and paid strategies.

- Identify new PR opportunities based on evolving digital influencer landscapes.

- Leverage influencer relationships in both digital and traditional media to bolster ongoing campaigns.

- Recommend appropriate influencer profiles to brand teams based on campaign objectives and targets.

- Develop and sustain media relationships across different genres of media

- Regularly update and refine media databases to meet brand needs.

- Secure editorial support on brand developments, product launches, campaigns, product seeding, and brand events through media connections.

- Provide essential information to media outlets to secure editorial coverage.

- Conduct face-to-face meetings and relationship-building initiatives to maintain effective media relations.

Financial & Administrative Responsibilities:

- Develop and monitor the communications budget, offering timely status updates.

- Optimize cost efficiencies within budgetary constraints.

LinkedIn management:

- Draft content for LinkedIn and reporting
