Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PR strategies to promote the companys image and support marketing objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and news stories.
- Coordinate press conferences, interviews, events, and brand campaigns.
- Monitor media coverage, track PR metrics, and report on brand sentiment and reach.
- Manage and respond to media inquiries and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, digital, HR, product) for integrated communication plans.
- Support crisis communication efforts and prepare talking points or responses as needed.
- Identify speaking opportunities and awards for leadership and brand representation.
- Create content for corporate communications, social media, newsletters, and websites.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, or Marketing.
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in public relations, communications, or media management.
- Strong media network and understanding of the Indian media landscape (digital + print).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (regional language proficiency a plus).
- Experience managing PR agencies, event vendors, and media budgets.
- Knowledge of digital PR, influencer marketing, and online reputation management (ORM) preferred
