Job Description:

- The incumbent will be responsible for conducting psychometric assessments, including talent assessments, leadership development assessments, and learning assessments.

- Strong background in psychology and psychometrics is essential.

- The candidate will independently handle psychometric assessment deliveries, including Assessment and Development Centers, as well as the implementation of psychometric tests, assessment methodologies, and evaluation frameworks.

- Experience in research, test design, and statistical analysis.

- Strong consulting skills for effective client engagement.

- Solid knowledge of talent assessment and employee development, including assessments and evaluation techniques.

- Consulting experience with certification in assessment tools is an added advantage.

- Excellent writing and communication skills are required.

Qualification & Experience:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in psychometric assessments.

- Certification in psychometrics is mandatory.
