Role Purpose

Support Investment Banking mandates across Private Equity, M&A, and IPO through deal execution, business development, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in deal assessment, financial modelling, IMs, pitch decks, memos, and due diligence

- Support business development and origination by identifying opportunities and scheduling meetings with promoters/KMPs

- Participate in client and investor presentations and maintain investor relationships (Banks, NBFCs, PE/VCs, Family Offices)

- Maintain MIS, dashboards, and update Partners on key developments

- Support fee income generation and identification of new business opportunities

- Travel for BD and execution as required

Scope

Business Development and Execution of Investment Banking & Advisory mandates

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-6 years experience in Investment Banking/Consulting

- Exposure to PE/M&A/IPO transactions, financial modelling, and research

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Qualification

- Bachelors degree; CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred
