Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in executing effective email campaigns and possessing excellent writing and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand, engage our audience, and drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Email Campaign Management : a. Design, execute, and optimize end-to-end email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions. b. Develop targeted email lists, ensuring segmentation for personalized and effective communication. 2. Lead Generation : a. Work on lead generation strategies to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. b. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and alignment on campaign goals. 3. Content Creation : a. Create compelling and engaging content for email campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing collateral. b. Ensure that all content aligns with brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines. 4. Analytics and Reporting : a. Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns, providing regular reports and insights. b. Utilize analytics to optimize campaigns, improve open and click-through rates, and achieve marketing objectives. 5. Strategy Development : a. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop overarching marketing strategies that align with organizational goals. b. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for innovation Key Skills & Qualifications : 1. 3+ years of experience as an Email Marketing Manager or a similar role 2. Must have hands on knowledge of tools such as HubSpot, Mail Chimp, Prospect. Io, Zoho 3. Knowledge of additional tools such as Apollo.io, Luca, Mr. E, Hunter etc. will be an added advantage 4. Adept at Excel, Gsheet and other analytical tools 5.
