Proxy Product Owner

Description:

- Contract: 6-month contract (possible internalization)

- Location: Preferably Hyderabad - Has to be in Hyderabad once internalized

Context:

The Project Manager/Functional Expert will join the Digital Growth Hub within Consumer Healthcare Digital Business Solutions, supporting global Commercial and Marketing initiatives. The team manages a worldwide solution portfolio, including Salesforce-driven tools such as CRM, B2B Portals, and Marketing Automation.

Must have skills:

- The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and mid-level management

- Strong project management skills

- Previous experience working on projects in the FMCG/Consumer Healthcare sector/Pharma related to over-the-counter product products

- Experience as a project manager on Commercial operations, Salesforce Commerce cloud, Experience cloud, CRM projects, Marketing Automation projects

- Experience with Order Taking, Contract Management, strong experience towards commercial and functional strategy mechanisms for Digital Products.

Mandatory Skills:

- Project Management experience with strong project & stakeholder management.

- Knowledge of Salesforce B2B Commerce (Consumer Goods Cloud Preferred). Ability to gather, challenge, and translate requirements into Epics/User Stories.

- Experience in backlog grooming, functional design, and acceptance criteria. Strong business acumen, communication, and leadership.

- Experience leading B2B problem management, testing, and preparing training material.

- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams globally (Product, Delivery, Testing, Support).

- FMCG / Consumer Healthcare experience. Experience working with global or multi-country teams.

- Nice to Have Exposure to Salesforce CRM / Marketing Automation.

- Experience in complex enterprise integrations. Familiarity with Agile ways of working.

- Good experience in defining Methodology and Governance to the operational teams.
