Senior Marketing Specialist


Job Summary:


We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to join our ProV team. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The role requires a deep understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategy Development:


- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.

- Collaborate with internal teams to design cohesive marketing strategies.


Campaign Management:


- Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.

- Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing efforts.


Search Engine Optimization (SEO):


- Implement and monitor SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.

- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.


Content Marketing:


- Create and manage engaging, high-quality content for blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.

- Coordinate with designers and copywriters for creative development.


Social Media Management:


- Manage and grow social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and identity.

- Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand loyalty.


Analytics and Reporting:


- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to monitor and report on performance.

- Provide insights and recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.


Advertising:


- Oversee paid advertising campaigns, posters, including Google Ads and social media ads.

- Test and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.


Stakeholder Collaboration:


- Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with sales goals.

- Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed.


Requirements:


- Bachelors/masters degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 5 yrs of experience in digital marketing or related roles.

- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems.

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing techniques.

- Good understanding on designing posters and thumbnails.

- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
